Job Summary
- We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for guests.
- The ideal candidate (male preferred for operational balance) will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and managing front desk operations efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures smoothly and accurately.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and take messages.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the lobby and reception area remain tidy and presentable.
- Monitor guest reservations and room availability using the hotel booking system.
- Assist in administrative tasks and hotel security procedures when required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a hotel or customer service role is an added advantage.
- Male (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Must be well-groomed, courteous, and professional in appearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, and in shifts.
Salary
- N80,000 Monthly.
