Job Summary

  • We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for guests.
  • The ideal candidate (male preferred for operational balance) will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and managing front desk operations efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures smoothly and accurately.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and take messages.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and process payments efficiently.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure the lobby and reception area remain tidy and presentable.
  • Monitor guest reservations and room availability using the hotel booking system.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and hotel security procedures when required.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a hotel or customer service role is an added advantage.
  • Male (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Must be well-groomed, courteous, and professional in appearance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
  • Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, and in shifts.

Salary

  • N80,000 Monthly.
