Summary
- The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff.
- This role involves providing administrative support, managing inquiries, and ensuring the office or facility runs smoothly.
- Also will like background in sales and customer mgt.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years work experience.
Salary
- N120,000 monthly.
