Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja – Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Front Desk:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Manage phone calls, take messages, and respond to queries.
  • Handle mail and packages, and distribute to relevant personnel.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and bookings.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries.

HR Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain HR documents, such as employee records and contracts.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
  • Manage employee onboarding documentation and process.
  •  Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with experience.

Salary

  • N90,000 – N100,000 / Month.
