Job Description
- We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our front office.
- Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage appointments and schedules.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and responding to emails.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is an advantage.
