Job Description

• We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Officer to join our spa team.
• As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing appointments, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client appointments and schedules
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Process payments and manage client records
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with spa therapists to ensure smooth client experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary

• N120,000 – N150,000 / month.
