Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Overall Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and Route calls to specific people.
  • Answer inquiries about the company.
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • Call persons waiting for visitors and book them a room to meet in.
  • Assist in Scheduling meetings and setting up the conference rooms.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy.
  • Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office.
  • Coordinate office activities.
  • Support all Unit Heads in the smooth running of their daily tasks where required
  • Arrange appointments.
  • Send email
  • Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
  • Take and relay messages.
  • Time Management.
  • Teamwork & Good Customer Service
  • Ensure timely booking of the boardroom for meetings


  • Must possess an OND / HND in Communications, Public Relations, or Office Administration from a recognized institution of higher learning.
  • 0 – 3 years relevant work experience.
  • Must possess organisation, administrative, data entry, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.

N50,000 Monthly.
