Job Title: Front Office Executive

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Keep the front office tidy and presentable with all necessary materials, stationeries etc.
  • Welcome clients, answer enquiries and address complaints
  • Manage switchboard: Answer all incoming calls and reroute them or take messages
  • Liaisons: Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them
  • Handle outgoing deliveries by securing parcels, coordinating dispatch/ delivery etc.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated visitor records and files
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.

Requirements

  • Female required, for gender balance
  • MUST live around Lekki/ Ajah axis
  • Not less than 3 years experience inexecutive front office management for Corporate bodies.
  • MUST be experienced in Telephone Switchboard operation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • Able to troubleshoot under pressure
  • Degree in relevant Social Science discipline
  • Tech savvy. Proficient @ MS-Suite
  • Ability to work independently and also with a team
  • Social media skills will give you an edge
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
