Role Description
- This is a full-time Frontend Engineering Manager role at Oxygen X. The role involves leading and managing a team of frontend engineers, overseeing software development projects, ensuring seamless integration, and providing technical leadership.
- The candidate should have experience in frontend software development frameworks like ReactJS, NextJS, and similar frameworks.
- This is a hybrid role based in Lagos, with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of development experience
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
- Experience in mobile app development is a plus
- Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills
- Software Development and Project Management experience
- Experience in integration and system architecture
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
