Title: Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassadors Program (FUCAP) – Field Sales Internship 2025
Location: Kano and Katsina
Duration: 1 Year
Working hours: 8am – 5pm (Mondays – Fridays)
About the Program
- Unilever Nigeria’s Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassadors Program is providing working experience opportunities for Graduates and Undergraduates alike. Unilever Nigeria is one of the leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies in Nigeria operating in various sectors including Personal Care and Nutrition. Some of our brands include Closeup, Vaseline and Knorr.

- Join us for 1-year as a FUCAP Field Sales intern if you meet the requirements listed.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, monitoring, and adding new viable stores in the market.
- Support in ensuring timely fulfilment of orders.
- Assist merchandisers in executing right merchandising tasks.
- Assist in managing KD’s and customer’s complaints and performance assessment.
- Assist in driving core distribution drives, new launches and improving shelf availability for key promoted SKUs.
- Assist in executing perfect store and channel programs with relevant stores.
- Assist in regular stock taking and system reconciliation and ensuring on-time delivery of stocks to stores.
- Help in adding new stores that may open in the market.
- Assist in gathering competitive intelligence such as new launches, price changes, and consumer promotions and give reports to the Territory Manager.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Must be serving or completed NYSC.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Delivers consistent results.
- High integrity in doing business.
- A problem solver and approachable leader.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Ability to interpret sales trends & analysis (data analytics).
- Available to work fulltime for the duration of 1 year.
Remuneration
- This internship comes with a monthly Gross Stipend amount of NGN90,000.
