What Role You Will Play in our Team
- Candidate will be part of the Catering Services team providing oversight to ensure Catering Contractor complies with the Company’s Standards and Specifications for Catering and Hospitality service delivery, including but not limited to Food Safety Management Systems, Menu & Product Development, Food Sanitation & Hygiene, Customer Service, Contract KPIs, and other related administrative activities
What You Will Do
List the set of primary job duties, tasks, and functions specific to the position:
- Carry out daily checks of caterers’ food preparation operations to ensure adherence to Company’s Food Safety standards and specifications including temperature checks of storage facilities and food serving facilities.
- Conduct periodic Food Sanitation & Hygiene Inspections of Kitchen & Cafeteria Facilities and follow up to ensure identified gaps are closed out.
- Receive Hospitality Service requests and liaise with caterer to ensure requests are serviced according to expectations.
- Follow up customer complaints to ensure they are conclusively resolved.
- Participate in menu and product development activities.
- Support administrative activities of the Catering Services team.
- Carry out Quality Assurance/Quality Control Checks on incoming food materials deliveries to ensure compliance to specifications.

- Degrees & certifications required for the job should be listed here, listing ‘B.S. or equivalent work experience’ in this section is acceptable if an actual degree is not required: BSc or BTech in Food Science/Technology, Hospitality & Catering Management, Microbiology with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper who has completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) within the past 2 years.
- Willing to participate in the Company’s one year graduate internship program

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or knowledge in Food/Catering Service related setting will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Product/Menu Development.
- Practical understanding of Food Safety/Food Hygiene/ Food Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
- Candidate must be very proficient in use of Microsoft Excel.
- Candidate should possess Strong Communication skills and be able to pay attention to details.
- Understanding of the principles of HACCP and its application to Catering Service Operations.
