Overview

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Source and engage top-tier talent through various channels, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to identify candidates who align with our organization’s values and objectives.
Business Development:
- Assist in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Contribute to the development of innovative strategies to expand our client base.
Collaboration and Learning:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gain insights into different aspects of the recruitment and business development process.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills in talent acquisition and business development.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and contribute.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and business development concepts.
