Graduate Tele-Collection Officer at Mwanga Limited

We offer a variety of services such as debt collection, telemarketing, call center outsourcing, virtual assistant services, customer support services, and data analysis.

Title: Tele-Collection Officer

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the recovery of overdue loans.
• Daily and weekly communication with customers regarding their overdue loans.
• Regular follow-ups with customers on past payment redemption dates.
• Providing guidance to customers on payment options and negotiating suitable payment plans.
• Proficiently understanding assigned portfolio and product details.
• Addressing customer inquiries and escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account information.
• Reporting precise customer feedback on a daily and weekly basis.

Preferred Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: B.Sc/HND.
• 0 – 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Post-NYSC (National Youth Service Corps).
• Candidate’s age between 21 – 33 years.
• Previous experience in tele-collections, tele-marketing, sales, and customer service is advantageous.
• Strong written, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and at least one other local or international language.
• Performance-driven, agile, teachable, and open to learning.
• Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong listening skills.
• Persuasive, with sales/marketing and analytical skills as added advantages.
• Proximity to Maryland (candidates should reside in areas like Mile 12, Ketu, Anthony, Onipan, Ikeja, Fadeyi, and nearby locations).

Salary:

• Monthly salary range of N50,000 – N70,000.
