Job Overview

• As an Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and overseeing the construction or remodeling of buildings and structures.
• Your responsibilities will encompass conceptualizing, planning, and executing architectural projects, ensuring they align with aesthetic, functional, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, considering client needs, budget constraints, and legal regulations.
• Design Development: Create detailed architectural designs, incorporating innovative and practical solutions while adhering to building codes and industry standards.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, presenting design proposals, and incorporating feedback to achieve project alignment.
• Construction Oversight: Supervise and manage the construction process, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Team Coordination:Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate project elements and facilitate a smooth workflow.

Salary

• N90,000 – N100,000 / month.
