Job Summary
- We are seeking smart, motivated, and trainable graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program in the Downstream Retail segment of the Oil & Gas industry.
- This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in retail operations, station management, customer engagement, and fuel product sales through structured training and real-world exposure.
- As a Graduate Trainee, you will go through intensive training sessions, on-the-job learning, and departmental rotations to gain a solid understanding of the operations, compliance, sales, and supply chain aspects of the oil and gas retail business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
- No prior work experience required.
- Interest in pursuing a career in the downstream oil and gas retail sector.
