Job Summary
- We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program.
- This is a structured development program that offers hands-on experience, training, and mentorship across various departments of Reliable Steel and Plastic Industries Limited.
- As a Graduate Trainee, you will be exposed to different facets of the business, working alongside experienced professionals to learn and contribute to projects that drive the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive training program that includes on-the-job learning, workshops, and cross-functional rotations.
- Assist in day-to-day operations and support project teams in completing tasks.
- Contribute to the development of reports, presentations, and other business documentation.
- Take part in departmental and cross-functional meetings to understand various business functions.
- Analyze business data, identify trends, and provide insights that will help drive decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation of new initiatives and improvements in business processes.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across various levels and departments.
- Continuously develop professional skills through feedback and learning opportunities.
Qualifications
- A recent graduate with a B.Sc in e.g., Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Micro Biology or any Social/Natural Science Field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a quick learner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or relevant industry-specific tools.
Desirable Attributes:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to relocate or travel (if applicable).
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
