Job Description
- We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Graduate Trainee Telemarketers to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telemarketer, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and promoting our products and services to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our fintech products and services.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify sales leads by asking the right questions and understanding customer requirements.
- Sales Support: Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team and assist in closing deals when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call volumes and sales goals.
