Job Title: Group Human Resource Lead
Location: Abule-Egba, Lagos
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced HR to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources processes and practices.
- The HR Lead will play a key role in shaping company culture, ensuring compliance and driving HR inititiaves that support business goals.
- This role requires strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company`s overall business strategies.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing and hiring of employees.
- Drive leadership development and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administrationor related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in an HR leadership role.
- Experience with HRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- CIPM, SHRM or HRCI certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
