Description
- Welcome guests and check them into their rooms
- Answer questions about the hotel, its amenities, services and local area
- Resolve guest complaints or problems if they arise.
- Communicate with other staff members to ensure guest needs are met.
- Handle guests’ payments and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure that the lobby and reception area are kept clean and tidy.
- Assist guests with luggage and other needs as required.
Salary
- N50,000 – N100,000 / month.
