Job Description:

  • We are in search of a School Administrator to oversee all administrative responsibilities within our educational institution. The role of a School Administrator requires versatility and the ability to perform various roles, including planning, problem-solving, educating, and counseling. You will play a pivotal role in communicating with diverse stakeholders, managing budgets, logistics, and educational programs, and ensuring the smooth operation of the school.   • Manage budgets, logistics, and school events or meetings.
  • Handle scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and oversee educational programs.
  • Recruit, train, and provide guidance to staff members.
  • Offer counseling to students when needed.
  • Resolve conflicts and address other issues.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, regulatory bodies, and the public.
  • Contribute to the creation of the school curriculum.
  • Implement initiatives that enhance the school’s quality of education, such as building renovations and new guidelines for students.
  • Play a role in shaping and upholding the school’s vision.

Additional Information:

This is a senior management position that directly reports to the Proprietress and the school board.


  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, or other relevant fields. Candidates with advanced degrees are also welcome.
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in Administration and Teaching.
  • Male between the ages of 45 – 55.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and dispute resolution skills.
  • A desire to work with children.
  • Evidence of continuous improvement, such as advanced degrees or training.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
