Job Summary
- Head – Corporate and Treasury Sales
- Help grow Assets Under Management (AUM) to N25 billion and boost Treasury Sales across Institutional, Retail, Corporate, HNIs, UHNIs, Public Sector, and Counterparties.
Responsibilities
- Grow AUM and treasury sales through institutional, retail, and public sector clients.
- Mobilize deposits and develop strategies to build profitable relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and work with portfolio managers to grow AUM.
- Create customized investment portfolios for corporates and institutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support product development and meet sales targets.
- Engage financial institutions (banks, insurers, pension funds, etc.) and public sector clients.
- Analyze investment proposals and offer advisory services.
- Market structured deposits, treasury products, brokerage, and advisory services.
- Prepare performance reports and support team goals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achieve N25 billion AUM target by FYE 2025
- Meet 100% of sales targets (deposits, products, cross-selling)
- Personal target: N500 million within 90 days , team target: N1.5 billion
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in asset management
- Experience managing funds and portfolios
- Strong knowledge of institutional, retail, and public sector sales
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven leadership and networking abilities
- High integrity, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
