Job Description

  • We’re seeking an experienced Head of Customer Service to lead our customer service team, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and manage customer service metrics, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8-12 years of post-qualification experience in customer service, preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing customer service teams
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles, practices, and technologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / month.
