These multi segments are operated as strategic business units (SBU) with full profit and loss responsibility towards the alliance.

We currently have interests (and growing) in the following areas (SBUs): Virtual Office & Hosted Services Business Unit, Bakery Services & Consultancy Business Unit, Digital Multimedia Business Unit, High Tech Logistics Business Unit, Real Estate & Property Development Business Unit and Hospitality & Shortlet Rental Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with our business goals and drive growth.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess operational performance to ensure targets are met.
• Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization to support business objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior operations management role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficient in the use of different IT productivity tools suites.
