Job Description

  • We’re looking for a result-driven person to join our team as the Head of Sales. You will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • This role requires a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Set and monitor sales targets for the team.
  • Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development to enhance team members’ skills.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Ensure that sales representatives are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to succeed.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and analyses to track progress and identify trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Experience in Real estate sales
  • Knowledge of sales automation and CRM tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market.
