Job Title: Head of Sales/Customer Success

Role Description
- As the Head of Sales & Client Success, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term client relationships.
- You will lead high-performing sales and client success specialists to deliver consistent results. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Client Success:
- Oversee client onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor customer health scores and design proactive engagement strategies.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Technology teams to align customer feedback with product improvements.
- Provide regular performance updates to the executive team, including sales forecasts and customer satisfaction metrics.
Team Building and Culture:
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent in sales and client success roles.
- Foster a collaborative and high-energy team culture focused on customer outcomes
What We’re Looking for
Experience:
- Proven track record of success in sales and/or client success leadership roles, preferably in IT and B2B/B2C services.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy development.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
Mindset:
- Customer-focused, results-oriented, and a passion for driving growth.
