Job Title: HORECA Sales Manager

Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven HORECA Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HORECA) sector.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within the HORECA channel.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure product offerings meet customer needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular visits to key accounts to maintain strong business relationships.
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives and distributors.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports, providing insights to senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in the HORECA sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development within the industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop competitive sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Salary
N600,000 Monthly.
