Job Summary
- Our client is seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven HORECA Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HORECA) sector.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within the HORECA channel.
- Identify and establish relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to secure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure product offerings meet customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular visits to key accounts to maintain strong business relationships.
- Provide training and support to sales representatives and distributors.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports, providing insights to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in the HORECA sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development within the industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop competitive sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Salary
N600,000 Monthly.
