Job Title: HR/Admin Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- BFA & Co Legal is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Human Resources and Admin Personnel to join our team.
- This role requires a motivated individual with a keen sense for organizational efficiency, staff engagement, and process improvement to support our firm’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with company goals.
- Oversee office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with department heads to drive staff engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage HR records, payroll, and other administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Report daily to the Head of Operations on issues as they arise
- Handle other tasks as assigned by Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-NYSC experience in a similar role.
- Membership in a recognized Human Resources professional body is required. Student members are welcome to apply.
- Proactive, Highly organised, assertive, smart,with a strong understanding of HR practices and Nigerian labor laws.
