Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are foremost transport company in Nigeria. In order to maintain leadership position within the top 3 we are building a strong HR team that would take the company to the next level. As a result there is vacancy for HR Manager.

Academic Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of B.Sc or HND in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Membership of CIPM or related certification will be an added advantage.

Our preferred candidate should have:

  • A strong HR background with at least 3 year of Generalist experience.
  • A working knowledge of performance management (Able to undertake pay grading project from start to finish).
  • A working knowledge of payroll management.
  • Flare to drive productivity with little or no supervision.
  • Sound knowledge of HRIS
  • Advance knowledge of excel and other MS office suite.
  • The ability to work under pressure and extended hours.
  • High organization skill.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly
