Job Title: HR and Admin Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Admin and HR Manager is responsible for implementing and coordinating the company’s HR policy and roadmap. They serve as the primary contact with the Union and provide advice and support to managers and supervisors on all people-related matters.
- Additionally, the Admin and HR Manager handles administrative tasks including insurance, canteen services, furniture, and vehicles to support the operational staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
- Oversee labor relations by fostering a positive relationship with the union and managing collective bargaining agreements effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and other regulatory requirements.
- Supervise administrative functions including office management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Provide strategic HR support to leadership on workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives
Competencies and Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Mmanagement, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management or an International HR Body
- 5-10 years’ experience as HR Manager in a unionized Industrial Site
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.
Salary
N700,000 – N750,000 / Month.
