Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- HR Management.
- Knowledge of labour law and compliance.
- Managing day-to-day HR operations.
- Recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Implementing and coordinating training and development programmes.
- Maintaining employee relations and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- HR certification requied.
- Must be able to resume immediately.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 2 – 4 years work experience.
