Job Title: Human Resource and Admin Manager

Location: Mainland, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-Time One year Contract (Renewable based on individual performance).

Job Description

  • Our client requires the service of an experienced HR and Administration Manager to oversee all human resource functions across the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the company culture, managing talent, and ensuring HR strategies align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a human resources management plan, including staff development and retention strategies.
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Work with the CEO to implement an employee performance and feedback mechanism and propose initiatives to increase employee engagement and productivity.
  • Develop leadership and management training initiatives to enhance internal growth and promotions.
  • Develop annual staff development plans.
  • Prepare employment contracts for new employees for the CEO’s sign-off.
  • Facilitate the onboarding & induction process for all new hires, including preparing induction packs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of employee information (contracts, leave dates, performance reviews, referencesetc.) and ensure that information on all employees is always up to date.

Qualification

  • Master’s Degree in a relevant subject (e.g., HR Management, Personnel Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or any related discipline) from a recognised learning institution
  • Minimum of five years’ work experience in a well-structured organisation.
  • Professional qualification in HRManagement would be a plus.

Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 Monthly.
