Job Title: Human Resource Intern

Location: Magodo, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to join our Human Resources team.
  • The HR Intern will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
  • This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and develop essential skills for a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support the monitoring and evaluation of the monthly performance appraisal
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as preparing HR documents, responding to employee inquiries, and managing HR-related communications.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • A recent Human Resources, Business Administration graduate, or a related field or a serving NYSC member.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
