Job Overview

  • If yes, we have the perfect role for you. With growing demands and an expanding portfolio, we are seeking an experienced HR Officer/Admin Assistant to join our Lagos office and support recruitment, HR operations, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of qualified candidates to meet organizational goals.
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation, scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal standards in recruitment and HR practices.
  • Support payroll preparation by maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to align recruitment and HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Proactively identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the Lagos office.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and/or administrative roles (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Analytical and logical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, professional, and detail-oriented.
