Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant/Administrative to support our HR team.
- This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and administrative tasks.
- The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR team, focusing on recruitment, employee data management, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
- Provide support for benefits administration, including employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with employee queries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policy updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant labor laws.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 – 8 years proven experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HRis an advantage.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
