Job Title: Human Resources & Administrative Officer
Location: Ikenne, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process: screening and scheduling interviews
- Handle documentation for newly employed staff.
- Maintain staff attendance and leave records
- Promote workplace safety and employee engagement
- Assist with payroll preparation and liaise with the finance department.
- Coordinate staff welfare activities and appraisal.
- Compile and update employee records (IOU and loans)
- Manage of facility maintenance
- Record and process drivers’ overtime sheets.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance activities in liaison with Mr. Jatinder.
- Process MOPOL and security attendance payments.
- Process yearly revenue-related payments such as signage and radio/television licenses.
- Procure and manage expatriate/Local provisions for office use.
- Maintain attendance records for security personnel across all company locations.
- Organise and coordinate birthday celebrations for staff c/o Temiloluwa (Corper)
Immigration & Compliance:
- Filing of monthly returns.
- Processing CERPAC cards for expatriates
- Managing expat quota deletions
- Maintaining quota letter, ie tracking quota allocations and updating records as needed.
- Obtain and renew SON certificates.
Administrative Tasks:
- Printing materials (Instruction booklets for Power/Agric, Petty cash vouchers, GRN, gate pass booklets, gate pass card, Job card)
- Maintaining asset files and providing regular updates to management on the date of expiration.
- Maintaining office files (Local staff, Expatriates, Car files & Property files)
- Office stationery management
- First aid box management
- Maintaining the expense sheet
- Maintaining the car fuel sheet
Vehicle Maintenance:
- Insurance
- Roadworthiness certificates
- Vehicle licenses
- Stage carriage permit
- Hackney permit
- Proof of Ownership
- Speed limit
- And all Government papers.
Communication:
- Corporate Unified Gateway (CUG) management
Health Benefits:
- Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) administration.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a minimum of an HND qualification with 5 – 7 years of work experience.
Salary
- N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
