Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities
- To provide a professional support function to the HR Business Partnering team.
- Supporting HR Business Partners in the delivery of workforce projects in support of the overall strategic aims of HROD and the Directorates across the Council
- Taking ownership of a range of HROD projects such as the end-to-end delivery of workforce redesign and restructuring projects, complex employee relations casework, organizational development project delivery, and policy implementation.
- Acting as a subject matter expert, advising senior managers on service design principles, stakeholder engagement, and overall project management of workforce change activities.
- Undertake Job Evaluation assessments and quality assurance to ensure accurate assessment to maintain a robust pay policy framework.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 0 – 6 years relevant work experience.
