Job Description

• HR interns screen applicants’ resumes and play significant roles in shortlisting them.
• Their position requires them to develop strong social skills.
• This shows HR supervisors that they are ready to take on more responsibilities in recruitment and onboarding.
• Update company employee database as necessary
• Update company databases by inputting new employee records.
• Screening resumes and application forms to identify prospective employees to fill company job
• Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
• Screening potential employees’ resumes and application
• Update company employee database as necessary; Draft, review, and send offer and rejection notices
• Answer recruitment-related inquiries from applicants.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 – 4 years relevant work experience.
