Position Overview:

  • As the HR manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our human resources functions. You will be responsible for supporting various HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to a culture of engagement and development within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
  • Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related role, having an HR certification is an added advantage. I’m
