• We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Incident Intern to join our team in Ojota, Lagos.
• This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals with a background in engineering who are passionate about learning and problem-solving in a fast-paced technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Incident Response Team in monitoring and resolving operational issues.
• Log and escalate incidents based on standard procedures.
• Participate in root cause analysis and incident documentation.
• Support technical teams with basic troubleshooting under supervision.
• Ensure timely communication and reporting of incident status to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: OND/HND/B.Sc in any Engineering discipline (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or related fields).
• Must be willing to commit to the role for at least one year.
• Basic understanding of technical systems and operations is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
• Must reside in Lagos, preferably within or around Ojota.
