About the Job
- Assisting the users on their IT related issues as directed by the department head and IT- officer.
- Assisting in software and hardware installation.
- Attending to users through intercom and log down their challenges.
- Assisting in Network related issues.
- Raising of IT documents relating to cash and cheque payment dockets.
- Updating of IT activity logbook and downtime records.
- Updating of IT downtime records.
- Updating of IT access card record and signing.
- IT Filing system updating.
- Attending to other assignment assigned by the ITM and IT-Officer.
