Job Title: Insurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement insurance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure efficient and effective management Of the insurance unit.
• Review and analyze insurance coverage, recommending changes and improvements to ensure adequate and cost-effective policies.
• Oversee the handling Of claims, providing guidance and support to claims adjusters and ensuring timely and fair resolution.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and other industry partners.
• Manage gnd lead a team Of insurance professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields such as Finance, Risk Management, or Business Administration
• 7 – 10 years Of experience in insurance, With at least 5 years in management role.
• Proven track record Of success in managing insurance operations, includ claims, underwriting, and insurance program design.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, an problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, With the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. on the subject matter- Insurance Manager.
