Job Description
- As an Internal Audit Intern, you’ll help safeguard our business by evaluating risks in loan origination, credit underwriting, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
- You’ll work alongside our audit team to test controls, analyze data, and ensure our fast-growing fintech operates with integrity and resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily call-over of transactions
- Weekly review of collections and gap reports
- Support departmental audits by handling non-technical tasks
- Weekly analysis of sales and collection performance
- Document findings and help draft actionable recommendations for process improvements.
- Shadow cross-functional teams (Risk, Compliance, Engineering) to understand how controls are embedded in our tech stack.
Qualifications
- HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or other related Social Science disciplines
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience
- Comfortable with data analysis (Excel required; SQL/Python a plus).
