Job Title: Inventory Officer (Graduate Trainee)

Mission
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and courses to develop technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Work with experienced professionals to learn about their job duties and best practices
- Assist with project tasks, assignments, and initiatives.
- Build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration
- Provide feedback on training experiences and report on project progress to supervisors.
- Participate in warehouse activities like receiving goods, storing products, and picking and packing orders.
- Accurately record incoming deliveries, stock transfers, and outgoing shipments into the inventory management system.
- Learn to analyze inventory data to identify areas for improvement in stock management strategies. Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock checks to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of inventory to maintain product quality.
- Understand and comply with company inventory policies and procedures related to stock control and documentation.

Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0 – 2 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and ability to learn inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different departments.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing inventory management practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
