Overview
- Our client is seeking a First class, Fresh graduate with a strong interest in IT, digitalization, process automation, and data analytics to join their team.
- This entry-level role will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals to understand business needs, analyze processes, and contribute to the implementation of innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in driving digital and business transformation initiatives across departments.
- Support in developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to managing a portfolio of digital and process improvement projects.
- Research and evaluate digital tools and technologies for business optimization.
- Assist in integrating AI/ML and data-driven solutions for enhanced decision-making.
- Support the implementation of cloud-based platforms and digital workflows.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for digital improvements.
- Support automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Help design and implement dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation of digital initiatives.
- Assist in conducting training sessions to enhance digital literacy within teams.
- Provide support for system testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in digital transformation and process automation.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in digital transformation, business process optimization, or related fields.
- Freshers (first-class graduates) with a strong interest in digitalization, data analytics, and process automation are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), basic understanding of process automation is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and conducting analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to achieving common goals.
- Passionate about emerging technologies, process automation, and data-driven decision-making.
