Job Summary
- This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Cloud Intern located in Lekki, with some work-from-home flexibility.
- The IT Cloud Intern will assist in managing cloud infrastructure, perform network administration, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure network security.
- Additionally, the intern will provide excellent customer service support to our clients and help in deploying IT solutions that align with clients’ strategic goals.
- This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to work with leading technology partners and clients.
Requirements
- A Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Prior experience or internships in IT or cloud services is beneficial
- Knowledge in Network Administration and Network Security
- Proficiency in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
