Title: IT Service Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead major IT projects, overseeing the design and implementation of new IT systems and services.
• Monitor IT system performance to evaluate cost-effectiveness and productivity, offering recommendations for infrastructure enhancement.
• Contribute to shaping IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop IT solutions.
• Evaluate vendors and devise testing strategies for new hardware and software.
• Address internal IT hardware and software issues.
• Take charge of Network & Security across all company locations.
• Manage Incident Response & Compliance for all locations.
• Uphold security standards for both On-premises and Cloud Infrastructure.
• Conduct routine system assessments and audits.
• Possess expertise in Next Generation Firewall and endpoint technology.
• Be well-versed in Cloud & Enterprise Computing.
• Ensure preparedness for Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.
• Oversee critical processes including IT Service Management, Asset Management, Configuration & Change Management.
• Provide regular operational system reports to Management.
• Manage IT Analysts & Specialists across multiple locations.
• Familiarity with IT Standards, SOC, ISO 27001, GDPR / NDPR compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record in leading and managing extensive IT projects and implementing diverse technologies.
• Proficient in computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, data storage systems, and phone systems.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent project management skills with a keen sense of prioritization.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and operational best practices.
• Experience with Next-Generation Firewall technologies such as Sophos and Fortinet.
