Title: IT Support Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the Computer & Copier Service team members assigned to you.
• Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve team performance.
• Serve as the point of escalation for handling issues and involve higher management when necessary.
• Ensure adequate team coverage, approve personnel time-off requests, and arrange for backups when team members are unavailable.
• Monitor staffing levels and equipment requirements to maintain efficient operations.
• Conduct performance reviews and make compensation decisions for team members.
• Monitor the call screens, workload, and call activity of direct reports to consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
• Manage and achieve established metrics and team benchmarks.
• Prepare and deliver weekly metrics and reports to the Director of Computer & Copier Service Manager regarding the team’s performance.
• Attend mandatory company and departmental meetings.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the Director.
