Title: IT Support Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery to conduct part functionality tests.
• Maintain and organize toolkits, supplies, and inventory accurately.
• Perform preventive maintenance and adjustments on photocopiers.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Timely completion of invoices and expense reports.
• Deliver high-quality solutions for client problems.
• Hardware setup and software installation.
• Maintain and repair technological equipment.
• Manage software on computers and networks.
• Ensure data privacy and protection.
• Conduct regular system upgrades.
• Perform troubleshooting tasks.
• Install and maintain LAN/WAN and other networks.
• Manage network components including servers and IPs.
• Implement security solutions and manage them.
• Create detailed records of repairs and fixes.
• Provide technical support to clients.
• Collaborate and train with other team members.
