1). Maintenance Manager

Location: Nigeria (On-Site)

Job Summary

  • The Maintenance Manager is responsible for developing and executing the maintenance strategy of the plant at optimal cost.
  • Drives innovation and improvement of lines and assets.
  • Manages people and resources to ensure uncompromised safety, availability and quality while minimizing the impact on the environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, monitor & reinforce control on maintenance strategy execution in plant in alignment with country strategy.
  • Organize and schedule annual overhaul of production lines and facilities.
  • Improve efficiencies by increasing preventive maintenance across the plant and to minimize breakdowns and reduce mean time between failures.
  • Develop business plans providing productivity improvement and stretchy targets for cost efficiency
  • Prepare and control annual plant maintenance budget ensuring sufficient funds to cover all routines and initiatives reflected in strategy & operational plans.
  • Prepare, present, and interpret Maintenance KBI’s, makes recommendations which result in increased productivity and efficiency; reduces cost and improves customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively applies business performance review (COBRA, EATB) management routine
  • Ensures full use of SAP Plant Maintenance module to be able to monitor cost and execution of spare parts- related and maintenance activities
  • Builds maintenance teams’ capabilities through implementation of training and development programs
  • Maintains effective systems to ensure products and package quality.

Qualifications

  • 5 – 10 years working experience in the field of Production Management or Maintenance in Food or Beverage Industry.
  • Experience in budgeting.
  • Experience in execution of projects such as: line commissioning, annual maintenance planning.
  • Ability to think in terms of functional sustainability rather than short term wins
  • Ability to select and assess first-line managers
  • Ability to translate function strategy into unit/section’s plan
  • Ability to lead and manage change
  • Ability to set standards for management performance
  • Ability to build relationships to improve results
  • Ability to understand what drives peers in other units
  • Open-minded and willing to experiment and try new things

2). Production Manager

Location: Nigeria (On-Site)

Job Summary

  • The Production Manager is responsible for driving the production plans for the Company’s products to the highest quality standards at optimal cost.
  • To drive continuous improvement of processes, productivity and efficiency in the plant and manage people resources to deliver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures continuous and effective assets management
  • Ensures adherence to Food and Beverage Legislation, TCCC Standards, ISO certification, Good Manufacturing Practices, and other internal and external regulatory compliance
  • Maintains effective systems to ensure CC Hellenic/TCCC products and package quality
  • Ensures all production personnel meet the requirements of Good Housekeeping and Good Manufacturing practices
  • Actively participates and ensures the implementation of various infrastructure or process optimization projects in Production
  • Effectively applies business performance review (BPMS) management routine
  • Ensures production of products with high quality, while providing optimal usage of labor and materials with maximized utilization of production lines
  • Prepares, presents, and interprets Production KBI’s, makes recommendations which result in increased productivity and efficiency; reduces cost and improves customer satisfaction while following production plans
  • Analyses cost center variances and investigates ways to improve cost performance
  • Builds production teams’ capabilities through implementation of training and development programs
  • Production strategy is communicated, understood, and accepted by all unit members
  • Implements performance management systems with discipline to ensure that all first-line managers deliver full performance
  • Promotes process automation and use of technology
  • Implements and provides disciplined monitoring and reporting regarding the implementation of labor legislation, certification standards, CC Hellenic/TCCC CSR Practices and international agreements
  • Ensure all Health, Safety & Environment policies and procedures are in place in Production and followed.

Qualifications

  • University and/or Advanced degree relevant to Manufacturing (engineering, food & beverage processing related)
  • 5-8 years working experience in the field of Production Management, Quality Assurance or Maintenance in Food or Beverage Industry
  • Coaching direct reports and mentoring others
