Title: Junior Customer Service Officer
Locations: Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, Gbagada, Ikorodu, Yaba, Surulere, Magboro, Abule Egba, Festac, Ago Palace, Ikotun, Egbeda – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Issue receipts, and refunds.
- Attend to customer needs
- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
Job Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE and OND holders only with 0 – 2 years work experience.
- Good accounting skills.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Customer satisfaction-oriented.
- Must be ready to work on weekends and run shifts.
Salary:
- N40,000 – N50,000 monthly.
