Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a Sales/Customer Service Rep who will play a key role in driving sales growth and fostering positive customer relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to understand their needs, provide product/service information, and offer solutions to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers throughvarious channels
  • Acknowledging and resolving customercomplaints
  • Knowing the products inside and out sothat you can answer questions
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, andrequests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions,transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating withcolleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of thecustomer service process
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and provideprofessional customer support.
  • Ensuring all customer orders are shippedon time according to company policies andprocedures.
  • Generating leads and exceeding salestargets.
  • Reviewing customer requests for orderchanges or cancellations
  • Provide feedback from consumers onmedical issues and resolutions

Qualifications

  • Candidates should a B.Sc/HND in Marketing or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in sales/customer service
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales target and generating leads
  • Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
  • A team player with a customer-oriented approach

Must have skills:

  • Strong telephone etiquette
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
